• Activation of compulsory insurance coverage (Personal Accidents and Civil Liability) in the scope of participation in tourist animation experiences, when applicable.

In accordance with the legislation applicable to Tourist Animation Companies, the WISECRAFT LDA maintains in force the following compulsory insurance for eno-gastronomic and agricultural activities and experiments carried out at Quinta da Barrosa:

• Liability Insurance: Zurich | Company Policy no 010410523 (Guaranteed amount: EUR 50 000.00).

4. Transmission and Sharing of Data

Quinta da Barrosa does not market or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. The data may be transmitted only to:

• Insurance entities for the purposes of activation or management of personal accident policies in tourism activities;
• Technology service providers (e.g.: web hosting, email sending platforms and reservation management systems) under strict confidentiality commitments and GDPR compliance;

5. Deadline for Data Retention
